Smoothie Recipes To Help Boost Immune System

Stay Calm, Stay Healthy, Make a Smoothie.

Why smoothies? Besides the fact that they’re packed with natural ingredients, vitamins and antioxidants, the act of making a smoothie can lift our moods and be meditative.

It engages all of our senses. We feel the raw ingredients in our hands, see the vibrant colors of fresh or frozen fruit and veggies, smell the citrus and tangy aromas, hear the chops and blends, and experience it all come together in a smooth tasting masterpiece.

I know Rona has had an affect on our ways of living, but it doesn’t have to affect our ways of being. With all the extra time and energy we have to ourselves during the quarantine, finding ways to boost our health indoors can be fun and creative.

Smoothies have been an uplifting part of my daily routine. I’ve been sharing recipes on my Instagram stories for a bit now, and with all the love they’ve been receiving I wanted to share a few on here and create a free download with 7 smoothie recipes + their nutritional benefits for you as a guide.
